Can't run Qt project on windows 

I tried to run Qt project but failed
Qt version: 5.15.2

ScreenRecorderQT.exe can't be executed, 'avdevice-58.dll', 'avcodec-58.dll', 'avformat-58.dll' can't be found, seems like libfiles in lib folders are static libraries, why dll are requiere when running exe?
