Missing MS spectra #137

During the aggregation, the mass spectra were imported, but for some reason, after the aggregation was completed, the spectra disappeared. I suspect there is an issue with dropping the old collection and renaming the collection activesOrNaturals_tmp to activesOrNaturals.
I need to further investigate the problem.
