routing to PROXY ipwho.is

Hello, there is a bug on Windows that the host ipwho.is is not proxied anywhere except DIRECT (API for determining the IP address for the application), I use a white list, the rest of the traffic in DIRECT. But with this mode of operation I would like to show the IP of the server where it is connected. Thank you.
