Bump Cosmos SDK to v50

What is the feature you'd like to see?

• Update Cosmos SDK version to v0.50.x.
• Bump all other related dependencies.
• Bump IBC to v8.
• Use updated fork versions of fee-market and fee-abstraction.
• Update app.go with required changes.
