Is Quick Add loading, and asking for input, when opening Obsidian an expected behavior?

I don't recall Quick Add running on start up; however, the last month or so (not 100% sure how long it's been) when I open Obsidian it is prompting me to type a file name. When I close the box, I receive two Quick Add error messages: no input received and invalid template path, which I would expect because I didn't type a file name, correct? Is loading on start up a new feature? If it is, I don't see a setting to prevent Quick Add from loading on start up.

If this is not the expected behavior, for reference, I've tried disabling both the Templetar and Homepage plugins, which have both been known to cause issues, with no luck.
