Register functional to anatomical using boundary-based registration.

  • Create src/rbc/core/functional/coregistration.py
  • Initial linear registration: FSL FLIRT, 6 DOF, corratio
  • BBR refinement with WM boundary
  • Integration test (~2-3 min)
  • Full test marked as slow (~5 min)

Parameters: corratio → bbr, DOF=6, schedule=$FSLDIR/etc/flirtsch/bbr.sch

Output: from-bold_to-T1w_mode-image_desc-linear_xfm

Requires: Issue #3 (tissue segmentation for WM mask)
