Add metrics longitudinal workflow

Metrics (ALFF/fALFF, ReHo, timeseries, correlations) and QC (?) should also be computed on the longitudinal-space outputs, to match the cross-sectional pipeline.

Note: regressed_bold and cleaned_bold will need to be added to FunctionalLongOutputs to support this - dependent on #196

Taking this over in #301 — Stage 6 adds rbc longitudinal metrics (ALFF/fALFF/ReHo/timeseries/correlations on longitudinal-space BOLD) plus minimal QC. Closing here to consolidate tracking.
