Description

The transformation when calling the longitudinal transformation is using the T1w template as a reference. In turn, it resamples the image to be the same resolution as said template, increasing the memory required.

Steps to Reproduce

Run longitudinal all or functional.

Expected Results

Transformed functional volumes in longitudinal space should be the same resolution as the functional data in native space since these are created with those 4D volumes.

Actual Results

Transformed functional volumes take on the shape of the T1w data.
