Weird UI on adding new house

I have run the app with the following setups without this particular issue:

1. Chromebook running chromeOS with chromium and crouton xenial with xfce4, firefox and chromium.
2. Dell laptop running windows7, firefox and chrome
3. PC desktop running window7, firefox, chrome.
4. mac mini running ios10, safari
