Add Docker Hub authentication

Docker Hub has moved to a mechanism where it is sometimes required to authenticate to Docker Hub, in order to pull images.

While we are unlikely to hit this limit, there is nothing stopping us from providing this authentication, in case we need it.

The necessary work would be similar to what is done in this commit:
