Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

If someone is looking at the cause of something and it is the .editorconfig file, while the .gitignore may prevent them from immediately commiting the changes, it doesn't prevent them from making changes to the file and then questioning why git isn't picking up the changes. It would be beneficial to add a comment to the beggining of the file indicating that it is generated by this NuGet package and that changes should be made on this repository.
