Resume the docker container artifact generation

I think it is desired that we could have container images in the github registry that people could easily pull to use drugforge. That way users don't have to be creating an environment every time they need to use drugforge. This could help with easiness of use and also reproducibility in some workflows.

Just to clarify. The docs already have a section on this, but it comes from the ASAPDiscovery repo, we should make the same containers here in our code base.
