Helper functions #383
Description
In the curation base class, I added in several helper functions useful for setting up datasets. For example, COM calculation and dipole moment calculation.
These do not actually depend upon any specific class variables, so it would probably be smart to make these static methods, or just move them to a utilities file, so that they are more easily accessible during some of our post-training analysis.
