Hi! I took a shot at this in #238.

Since spoilers can't "hover to reveal" in a terminal, I followed the existing byte-range highlight pipeline (same mechanism as URLs/mentions): ||text|| is detected and masked as a solid block (fg == bg), and a single left-click on a message reveals/re-hides its spoilers. Reveal state is per-session and ephemeral, so spoilers re-hide on restart like Discord. Because the mask is the same width as the hidden text, revealing never reflows.

Happy to adjust the interaction (e.g. reveal-only vs toggle, or a keybinding instead of/in addition to click) or the scope to match your preferences — just let me know. Tests + clippy are green.
