bug: Cpu usage when scrolling

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Concord
2. Go to Any Chat
3. Start Scrolling fast

Expected behavior

It shouldn't lag and be smooth, and the cpu usage should be around under 5 percent

Actual behavior

When scrolling if you check activity monitor it goes to around 100% cpu usage and is soo laggy and unresponsive.

This is a limitation of the iTerm2 image protocol itself, not something the app can fully avoid while images render through it. There isn't much room to optimize it away on iTerm2.

Try out other terminal emulator(e.g. Wezterm, kitty or ghostty).
