In the metadata we have these two things to measure the quality and the georectification. To my naive eyes they seem raster specific. Like I don't see this type of stuff in mbtiles.
And I feel like tiles can also be of varying quality.
If we can get away with just having these in real rasters then it'd simplify things a lot.
Going to likely move ahead with just putting them in the raster spec, but can revisit. Close this issue when we get clarity.
