The registry should be able to create instances etc #47
Description
Today we have things like manager.infoPackageResource because we dont have a generic way to generate these resource instances.
The factory that lives in the registry should get the ability to do this stuff so the repeating code patterns can be removed
- Fewer repeating patterns in the model package
- Easier to do generic info etc
- Fewer repeating patterns in apply package
