USER STORY: Rate a recipe

User Story:

As a logged-in User I can give a recipe a rating so that I can provide feedback

Ideas:

• A star rating system out of 5

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user must be logged in to give a recipe a rating
• If a user is logged in and rates a recipe, they should get an alert of a successful rate
• You should not be able to change the rating after clicking it once
• If a user tries to rate a recipe who isn't authorized, prompt to log in or sign up
