USER STORY: Comment approval

User Story:

As a Logged-in User who has posted a comment, I would like to know if it's been approved or not so that I can see if it's being displayed on the site

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user should get a notification when they submit a comment confirming that their comment is under approval
• When an admin approves a comment, an alert should be made to the user to say that their comment has been approved or not for any reason
