Option to keep/copy certificate comments across certificate renewals

we want to (ab)use the comment (Kommentar) of a certificate for our notification system of expireing certificates (like who to notify)

this works but becomes clumsy when renewing certificates because the renewed cert will by default end up with an empty comment.

an option to copy the existing comment when renewing a certificate would help here

seems to be only a database entry anyway.
