No debug output when using XCA_DEBUG

Hi team,

I try to generate debug output while troubleshooting a PKCS#11 module.
The command is XCA_DEBUG=all xca. However, there is no output in the journal or in the console, except for warnings and errors.

The used version is 2.9.0 on Fedora 43.

Please point me in the right direction.
