QCommandLineParser: option not expecting values: "pem"

Exporting a CRL on the command line I get a warning
```
% xca /home/ca/example_ca.xdb --password=env:password --crlgen=ipsec-ca --pem
   000 Warning: QCommandLineParser: option not expecting values: "pem"
```
--pem is last in line, so obviously there is something weird. The CRL is generated, though.
