HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

1. you must use the full path to the exe file for ffmpeg and ffprobe, not just the directory they exist in
2. do not set transcode directory to data.ms, just leave it blank unless you have a good reason not to
3. next time please turn off the caps lock and write a little bit more about what you did

Okay i did it, but my system health status said "ffmpeg version unknown is unrecognized and may have issues." what does that mean and what should I do about it?

That's usually ok. However for windows users I do generally recommend using this ffmpeg build https://github.com/ErsatzTV/ErsatzTV-ffmpeg/releases/tag/7.1.1

Okay i did it, but it still says that it doesn't recognize the version of ffmpeg i just downloaded.

May i ask why?

Because ffmpeg can be built with any arbitrary version string and code can only reasonably account for a certain subset of versions when detecting things.
