[Issue Migration] Sugar Badge Integration

It only takes three lines to integrate it. The heavier work load is to make them badges.
One badge is already completed here: https://github.com/lcb931023/fractionauts_resource/blob/master/Fractionauts%20Art.psd
It can be used as a starting point for the rest of them.
