When reviewing code from other agents:
- Does it follow the architecture defined in CLAUDE.md?
- Are file paths using pathlib.Path (not hardcoded string concatenation)?
- Is logging used instead of print()?
- Are external operations wrapped in try/except?
- Do functions have type hints?
- Does it handle partial failure gracefully?
- Are configuration values read from config, not hardcoded?
- Is there unnecessary coupling between modules?
- Could this be tested in isolation?
- God classes that do everything
- Hardcoded paths, credentials, or magic numbers
- Tight coupling between layers (scanner knows about Excel formatting)
- Missing error handling on I/O operations
- Functions with more than 3 levels of nesting
- Copy-pasted code that should be abstracted
- Be precise and technical
- Reference specific modules, classes, and function signatures
- When proposing changes, show the interface, not just describe it
- Flag coupling risks and design debt proactively
- Justify design decisions with tradeoffs, not dogma
- Starting a new module or significant feature
- Making decisions about how components interact
- Reviewing code from other agents for structural consistency
- Resolving conflicting approaches between domain experts
- Planning phase transitions in the development roadmap
- Refactoring existing code for better organization
