City Content Extraction Report

Summary

Searched the current codebase for unique city-specific content (tables, charts, employee quotes, testimonials). Found minimal unique content across 55 configured cities.

Content Found

Cities WITH Unique Content

  1. boynton-beach (Service Area Page)

    • Table: "Roofing Factors in Boynton Beach" (5 rows comparing local factors to impacts)
    • Employee Quote: Chris from All Phase Construction on Boynton Beach market trends
    • Source: src/pages/BoyntonBeachPage.tsx (lines 74-80, 142-155)

  2. delray-beach (Service Area Page)

    • Table: "Tile Roofing in Delray Beach – Local Factors" (5 rows)
    • Employee Quote: Charly, Field Supervisor on Delray Beach transformation
    • Source: src/pages/DelrayBeachPage.tsx (lines 74-80, 202-215)

Cities WITHOUT Unique Content (53 cities)

All other cities use standard templated content with no tables, charts, or employee quotes:

Roof Repair Pages

All roof repair pages (/roofing-services/roof-repair/{city}) use templated content with:

  • City-specific lists of common repair issues
  • Standard FAQ sections (5 FAQs per city)
  • Generic repair process descriptions

No unique tables, charts, or employee quotes found in any roof repair pages.

Content Types Analyzed

✅ Searched for:

  • Employee quotes / team insights
  • Data tables (HTML <table> elements)
  • Charts (React chart libraries like Recharts, Victory)
  • Testimonials
  • City-specific statistics

❌ Not found in git history:

  • This is NOT a git repository, so historical content could not be recovered
  • Any previously deleted unique content is unrecoverable without git history

  • Keys match slugs from scripts/cities.json
  • Empty strings ("") indicate no unique content for that page type
  • HTML is self-contained in <section> tags
  • Tables use full HTML <table> markup with Tailwind CSS classes

Recommendations

  1. Generate New Unique Content: Only 2 of 55 cities have unique content (3.6%)

    • Consider creating unique tables/insights for key markets:
      • Boca Raton (large market, currently has NO unique content)
      • Fort Lauderdale (major city, NO unique content)
      • West Palm Beach (major city, NO unique content)
      • Coral Springs (large market, NO unique content)
      • Pompano Beach (coastal market, NO unique content)

  2. Standardize Format: The 2 cities with unique content follow this pattern:

    • Local factors comparison table (5-7 rows)
    • Employee quote/team insight (1-2 paragraphs)
    • Could be replicated for other major cities

  3. Data Sources for New Content: If creating content for more cities:

    • City building department statistics
    • Local HOA requirements documentation
    • Team member interviews (local market knowledge)
    • Weather/climate data for the specific city
    • Permit data / inspection trends

  4. Fake Locations:

    • "the-aces" appears to be a fake/test location (no such city exists)
    • Consider removing from cities.json if not needed

Technical Notes

  • HTML content uses Tailwind CSS classes (bg-zinc-900, border-zinc-800, etc.)
  • SVG icons are inline (MessageSquare icon for quotes)
  • Tables are fully responsive with proper semantic HTML
  • All content is static HTML (no React components in JSON)
  • Content is production-ready and can be injected directly into pages
