Auto-generation of default config.xml #5
Description
To ease the setup for new users the plugin should default to using an auto-generated config.xml.
The config.xml should either be written to target/phonegap-build so users can copy it over if they want to add more complex configuration or there should be a goal to create it in src/main/phonegap-build.
