Publish crunch.py to pypi

Would it be possible to publish Crunch to pypi? I'm not familiar with the process, but am interested in working it out & assisting.

We have a couple of compiled project dependencies that do not have Python packages. Distribution of the Python source here is not difficult through PyPI, but I don't have experience with installation of the required zopflipng and pngquant dependencies that are necessary to optimize files with the Python script here.
