Adjust plan weeks 2-3 for Easter weekend rides
Trail run shortened 25→21 km on Apr 5, Monday easy run replaced by 66 km ride home. Both rides at easy HR ~130 bpm visiting family. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
