Latest lexicons are incompatible with the current release (0.3.3)

Hello!

The current stable release is missing this bug fix: 254c8ee

As a result, the latest lexicons can't compile on version 0.3.3.

Could we please get a new release with that fix in?

Yeah I've been lagging on doing a proper release for a while here 😓 I think once the issues in #21 are addressed, I can cut a new release. I had to add support for some new lexicon types (permissions & permission sets) that also aren't supported in the current release.
