support Ubuntu and Windows with WSL-based Ubuntu

Currently, _RACR_ is only developed and tested under macOS (x86). The scripts for RACR-library detection, configuration, installation and execution (cf. #44 and #61) should work for [Ubuntu](https://ubuntu.com/) and [Microsoft Windows](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows) with [WSL](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install)-based Ubuntu as well however.
