Uses ctrl+/ as hotkey

I just installed this plugin and it set the shortcut to "Ctrl+/ " which is not what I would want. That hotkey is meant to be for commenting out a line.

Skimming keyCodes.ts I find

	define(KeyCode.US_SEMICOLON, ';', ';', 'OEM_1');
        ...
	define(KeyCode.US_SLASH, '/', '/', 'OEM_2');

but here it seems to bind to ctrl+(shift+)oem_2. Should that have been oem_1?

This link explains the issue. Apparently it has to do with international keyboard layouts. Replacing "oem_2" with "oem_1" in the extension's package.json file and then reloading code, worked for me (I'm using br-abnt2 layout).
