New command: 'zbg clone'

A new command zbg clone to type the owner and repository name easier.

$ zbg clone tool-sync
🐚  git clone git@github.com:chshersh/tool-sync.git

$ zbg clone BurntSushi/ripgrep
🐚  git clone git@github.com:BurntSushi/ripgrep.git

Behaviour:

• By default, clones your personal repository when the owner name is omittied
• Otherwise, clones the full repository name

Kind of like gh repo clone. But this tool also supports creating 2 origins (upstream and origin) when cloning forks. However I think it requires the github api.

For now, it would be enough to have just origin and avoid adding upstream for forks. This can be a future improvement once zbg starts using GitHub API.
