cheat.sh / cht/ch SSL grade capped on level B

I can not use cheat.sh and cht.sh, due to security restrictions according to the proxy I'm using:
When checking the SSL status via
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=cheat.sh&hideResults=on

The SSL grade is capped to B due to the fact TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are supported on the website.

Is it possible to enforce TLS 1.2+ on the website cheat.sh and cht.sh?
