Improve log system

Add a logging class similiar to what I have in my [rtfm plugin repo](https://github.com/cibere/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.rtfm/blob/main/plugin/logs.py) with the builtin ability to use a file for debug, and flow's log api for prod/non-debug mode.

For errors/exceptions, the `LogException` method in https://github.com/Flow-Launcher/Flow.Launcher/pull/3408 will be useful
