Describe the Bug

In simplified chinese environment, font fallback for overflow menu and right-click menu uses incorrect fonts, this affects visual consistency and readability.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set system and application language to simplified chinese
2. Left-click overflow menu or right-click an item
3. Observe font rendering
