Hello,

I would like to report a bug regarding the language settings in Cider.

Environment:

OS: Zorin OS 18.1

Issue Description:
As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have set the language option to "Korean" in the General settings. However, the application's UI is incorrectly displaying in Vietnamese (e.g., showing "Ngôn ngữ" and "Chào buổi tối"). This issue started occurring recently out of nowhere.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Cider Settings > General.

Set the language to "Korean".

The UI incorrectly displays in Vietnamese instead of Korean.

Expected Behavior:
The UI should be fully translated and displayed in Korean.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Could you please look into this issue?
