update DESCRIPTION

What's the best way to update the [DESCRIPTION](https://github.com/cienciadedatos/r4ds/blob/master/DESCRIPTION) file to include the editors and/or authors of the translation? Has that been decided? If so, ☝️ file could be updated accordingly
