Trace is a bad choice of name for a module inside CIL. It prevents the OCAML toplevel from linking.

Hi! Yes, I'm aware of the issue. The solution is to not depend on trace but on trace.core (for which trace is only a empty wrapper) in libraries that might be imported in the repl.
