The docs mention a virtualPath attribute that can be specified in template.xml files in order to create projects with the right folder hierarchy in the IDE.
Right now that attribute is not working. Instead, Tinderbox shows an Ignoring unknown attribute "virtualPath" in <header> tag" warning.
