Copy Link not be HTTPS links

Please have a setting where the copy link button will not use HTTPS. For example instead of this...

https://matrix.to/#/#p2p:matrix.org

Be like this...

#p2p:matrix.org

Hi, What would be the use-case for this? Currently most matrix clients will parse https://matrix.to/#/#p2p:matrix.org as well and https link will also be useful if user choose to share them somewhere else on internet.

One reason is preference.

Another is thst it is shorter.

And when someone shares their email address they do not have it as https://email.to/#/johndoe@gmail.com.

Having matrix.to in the URL makes it more centralized in nature

Thanks for that. In that case it's best if we go for https://spec.matrix.org/v1.19/appendices/#matrix-uri-scheme which is like following:

Personally an setting would be nice to choose the format. I would prefer #p2p:matrix.org over Link to #p2p:matrix.org: matrix:r/p2p:matrix.org
