Separate settings for hiding typing status and read receipts #2518

Describe the problem
The desktop application allows you to disable the typing notification and the read receipts with the same option (Settings > General > Editor > Hide Typing & Read Receipts).
Not everyone wants to turn off or on both at the same time. You may want to send one of these indicators but not the other.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please separate these into two individual options. Thanks!
