Doesnt work Ctrl+V on desktop, linux

When i trying to send screenshot via Ctrl+V, i get fucked up. nothing happens. the screenshot that i wanna attach, didnt attached at all.

Reproduction

1. open desktop app on linux
2. make screenshot
3. try to attach it via ctrl+v, nothing happens

Expected behavior

attach a screenshot via ctrl+v
