Option to hide or collapse channel topic change messages #2532

Describe the problem
We have a room in which a bot maintains a frequently changing bit of information in the room topic. This ends up being rather noisy:

I would like to be able to hide these topic change messages, or have them coalesced into a single expandable item if there are many consecutive messages.
