iOS 26.2 + iOS 26.3.1 Simulator

Apple shipped an update to the 26.2 component for Xcode 26.3: "iOS 26.2 (23C57) SDK + iOS 26.3.1 (23D8133) Simulator". Is there an image with this update installed?

Some runners seem to have it, others not, despite the same tag being used.

iOS 26.2 is no longer available for download. We don't find a way to get it into the images upon update.

But it does seem to somehow be available for some runners and not in others. It makes any tests that depend on either 26.2 or 26.3.1 simulators impossible as it is coin flip on whether it will work or not. (I think this is the first time Apple shipped it this way? Very odd approach.)

We're seeing the same, and it seems Apple also broke StoreKit Testing along the way in 26.3 😢 We reverted to 26.1 as a quick fix but if there's a way to bring back 26.2, we'd also be interested in it.
