MacOS Runner image with Xcode 26.4

Apple has released Xcode 26.4 (build 17E192) and macOS Tahoe 26.4 (build 25E246) on March 24, 2026.
The GA build matches the RC. @fkorotkov Could you please publish the macos-runner:tahoe image based on the stable release?

Inside the newest macos-runner:tahoe:sha: 2386ce1af53361d4577dda02e41a77fac5690c09525eee1902c4f8eb47999b0b i was not able to find xcode 26.3 or higher. Or i am completly wrong?

@fkorotkov You are right — but I found another issue.

I connected to the runner, and the Metal Toolchain for Xcode 26.3 was not installed there. It seems that it is only installed for 26.4.

Here is the output for Xcode 26.3:
