elasticsearch unable to bind port 9200

I'm getting an error on a new install (ubuntu 22.04.5), and containers are not starting.
Jul 31 16:15:38 lme lme-elasticsearch[446233]: Error: cannot listen on the TCP port: listen tcp4 :9200: bind: address already in use
Jul 31 16:15:38 lme systemd[1]: lme-elasticsearch.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=126/n/a

When I run lsof tcp:9200, it shows 9200 is bound to docker:
