1. Create reference doc for Supported Linux distros

Instead of calling out specific linux distros we recommend in our docs, we should have a clean list of what those distros are that we can point users to.

When 2.2 is released, the following will be supported and tested distros we can call out.

Ubuntu 22.04
Ubuntu 24.04
Debian 12.10
RHEL 9.0
