Motivation and context

• The polices are vague and not actionable. We already state elsewhere in the baseline that the 3rd party products should offer comparable services, having these policies add nothing.
• These policies are not automatable and increase the number of manual checks
• We're removing the equivalent policies on the ScubaGear side, we should remove them here for consistency.
