fix(minithor): Patched minithor utility to work on BSD/macOS

This patches usage of grep to allow for usage on BSD/macOS systems and also
adds kernel parameters to support Elastic and the large number of pods that
will have open file handles. This also adds references to the local container
registry deployed by minithor to the Thorium agent skill.
